Processing
Lishan oolong is produced using traditional gaoshan (high mountain) oolong methods, emphasizing aroma and smoothness:
- Plucking – One bud with 2–3 mature leaves
- Withering – Outdoor sun withering and indoor cooling
- Tossing & Oxidation – Light oxidation (~25–30%) to develop fragrance
- Fixation & Rolling – Pan-heated to halt oxidation, then rolled into tight semi-balls
- Drying – Low-heat drying to preserve floral notes and structure

Brewing Instructions

- 3rd+: Increase time with each steep
