- Spring Plucking – One bud and one or two tender leaves
- Withering – Natural withering under filtered sunlight
- Rolling – Gentle twisting to release aromatic oils
- Oxidation – Carefully monitored for balance and floral-honey depth
- Drying – Low-heat final drying to maintain clarity and aroma
