Made entirely from hand-picked young buds covered in silvery down, this tea is known for its delicate flavor, cooling Qi, and refined elegance. Our premium offering is collected from high-elevation gardens in Fuding, Fujian Province—the traditional origin of authentic Baihao Yinzhen.

Processing
Baihao Yinzhen is crafted using minimal intervention to preserve the essence of the leaf.
- Hand-plucking – Only the youngest unopened buds are selected.
- Withering – Slow sun or indoor withering to gently dehydrate and bring out fragrance.
- Drying – Low-temperature baking or sun-drying to finish and lock in subtle complexity.

Brewing Instructions
Gongfu Method (5 oz / 150 ml)
- Tea amount: 5–6 grams
- Water temperature: 85–90°C / 185–194°F
- Rinse: Optional, or short 3-second rinse
- Infusions:
- 1st: 20–30 sec
- 2nd: 30–40 sec
- 3rd–6th: Slowly increase steeping time
- Tip: Use a glass or porcelain vessel to watch the buds dance
Cup Method (8.8 oz / 250 ml)
- Tea amount: Adjust based on personal preference for tea strength.
- Water temperature: 85°C / 185°F
- Steep time: 2.5–3 minutes
- Re-steep: Up to 3 times
